Cowgirl Elegance “Kona Peaberry” Coffee

Only 3-5 % of the Kona crops yield this single bean. Med/dark roast. Cinnamon, caramel, plum, a hint of cacao, and cedar. Deeply sweet and rich. Slightly more acidic for a brighter cup. Peaberry beans were once considered the runt - when the cherry produces only one bean instead of the normal 2.
